Welcome to the RSA Plaza
Built in 1991, the 18-year old RSA Plaza building, located at 770 Washington Avenue, was one of the first Montgomery office buildings constructed by the RSA. The 6-story building has a rentable office area of 126,889 square feet plus 10,146 square feet of storage. The building is 99% occupied by a mix of government and private tenants.
