Building Structures

The real estate properties of the Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) are located in Montgomery, Mobile, and New York City. The Montgomery properties consist of seven Class A office buildings with one under construction, six parking decks with one under construction, an early learning center, activity center, and a park.
In Mobile, RSA owns one Class A office building and one Class A office building currently under renovation and two parking decks. The RSA also owns the largest office building in New York City, which includes an underground parking garage.
