Location: The RSA Tower is located in downtown Montgomery at 201 Monroe Street, approximately four blocks to the east of the statehouse.

Size: 403,029 square feet, or approximately 9.25 acres, which includes the land area in support of the ancillary structures and parking.

• The Helen Hunt Early Learning Center is a 20,000 square foot 1-story structure built as a day care center. This building has brick exterior walls and an internal layout of classrooms.
• The RSA Activity Center currently occupied by Montgomery Catering contains 12,000 square feet and seats 200-350 persons for meetings and dining. The layout is a large, windowed meeting/event room with an elevated stage.
• The RSA Pavilion Park is a tribute to Montgomery's History and six unsung heroes who played a great role in shaping the city of Montgomery. The Pavilion at the park entrance displays the tablets dedicated to these six unsung heroes. The Park also contains tablets that cover the history of Montgomery as well as seven flags that have flown over the region.
